Open Your Chakras, Discover Yourself With Aromatherapy
What is aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy; It aims to balance the soul, body and mind through fragrant oils obtained by various methods from different parts of plants such as shells, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, stems and roots.
It is only our sense of smell that directly stimulates our subconscious from our five senses. The mediator of this is the aromatherapy scents, which we call essential oils (we need to be sure that the essential oils are 100% pure in order to give the necessary warning).
We all know how difficult and long a process it is to stimulate and clear the subconscious mind. But your scents; It is one of the miracles that nature offers us that it provides this balance without even being aware of it by stimulating the limbic system directly without going through the complex system of our brain. We also use this valuable information to restore the chakra balance.
There are different essential oils that help us balance our body, mind and subconscious by stimulating the seven energy centers (chakras) in our body. We can mix these essential oils with a fixed oil and stimulate the relevant chakra area through massage. We can use it by making perfume, we can smell its pure form without touching our body, we can drip it on our pillow, we can burn it by mixing it with water in a censer, that is, we can breathe.
In which chakra you need balance; pendulum, muscle test, energy session, special measuring devices or just by listening to yourself.

What kind of thinking should we adopt to find ourselves?
The secret of living life easier; I guess we can know and be aware of what is under the visible, not what is seen in events, people, and primarily ourselves. We can only get to know the person we think we know best, namely ourselves, only as much as our ego allows. As we encounter the same type of people and event cycles and continue to resist them with the same behavior, we get upset, hurt, hurt and think that we are being wronged. In the end, when we can't stand ourselves, when our limits are pushed hard, when it comes to the end, something happens and we suddenly "have to" know. I wish everyone to be able to quickly know what they need to see and learn about themselves...
