The product I want to buy is not in stock. What should I do?
If you want to buy a product that is out of stock, you can write your e-mail address in the "Notify me again when out of stock" section. We will notify you by e-mail when the stock of the product is renewed.
How can I make my payments?
You can make your payments securely through the system with the payment method you choose.
Can I change my payment method?
As long as you do not take any action, your payment will be made through the payment method you used in your first order. If you want to change the payment method after placing your order, you must cancel your order and place an order again.
I sent an e-mail to Be People about my order/account, but did not receive a response. What should I do?
We work between 09:00 and 18:30 on weekdays. We take care to respond to all your e-mails as quickly as possible. You can be sure that we will get back to you as soon as possible, even if there are disruptions due to the density.
Do I need to create an account when ordering?
You do not need to create an account when ordering, but creating an account will make your transactions easier both when ordering and paying. With your Be People account, you can:

When will my order be billed?
Your invoices will be sent to your address via e-mail as soon as possible after placing your order.
How do you reflect the shipping fee and taxation on the invoice?
Our products include VAT. Shipping fee is reflected on the invoice except for certain campaign periods. The shipping fee is calculated as a standard rate based on a specific weight and location. For orders over a certain weight and for remote locations, the pricing system of the contracted cargo company is applied.
How can I track my order?
If you are not a member, you can track your order using the tracking number sent to your e-mail. If you have an account at Be People, you can monitor the progress of your order in the "Order Tracking" section.
How can I return a product I bought?
You can return the product you have purchased, provided that it has not been used within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. Your return process will be initiated after the product is inspected by Be People.
Which products are not refundable?
Products that have passed 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery date cannot be returned. In addition, it is not possible to return used food products, personal care products and personalized products.

Why can't I receive Be People e-mail newsletters?
If you have not received the e-mail newsletters we sent, check the spam or junk folder in your e-mail. If you cannot find it in these folders, e-mails from Be People may be blocked by your e-mail address. For this, you need to sign up for our newsletter again.
