Ice cream is the indispensable taste of summer months. But the ice creams we buy harm our health with animal components, refined sugar and additives. What about homemade ice cream? How about trying our vegan, natural, healthy, dairy-free and refined sugar-free ice cream recipe?
Materials
For the ice cream:
2 frozen bananas
2 scoops of protein powder
1 teaspoon raw cocoa
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
For gluten-free cones:
4 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 tablespoon raw cocoa
How is it done?
Stir in the bananas, cocoa, maple syrup and protein powder. Put the cones in the freezer until they're ready until you make them. For the cones, melt the coconut oil, mix it with the cocoa and maple syrup until you have a smooth mixture. Then pour the mixture into a waffle maker and gently crimp it from the bottom after it's cooked.
